Welcome to the blog world!! Looking forward to your posts! Thanks for the comments on my blog, re: avocados – I cut the avocado in half and leave the pit in one half. Leaving the pit preserves it and I usually eat it the next day or the day after. This also helps to preserve guacamole, drop the pits in the bowl of guac and it’ll keep it fresh. You might have a little bit of oxidization at the top but you can just scrape that off 🙂
