Peanut Sauce

Try this peanut sauce on chicken, pasta, rice stir fry, or as a veggie dip.

Peanut Sauce

In a bowl, mix together:

1.5 cups of peanut butter (I use Skippy Natural because it’s only ingredients are peanuts, sugar, and oil)

4 tbsp. rice vinegar

2 tbsp. honey

2 tbsp. sesame oil

2 tbsp. (wheat free) soy sauce

tsp.  Asian chili and garlic sauce found in the ethnic food section of your grocery store (spiiicy!)

juice of one half of a lime

4 tbsp. warm water

Stir together and let sit for a little while to let the flavors blend.  If you want it thinner, add more water.
